Happy 3rd Birthday my darling precious little boy,

Mummy has missed you so much though i dont think daddy thnks i have its just i have hidden it from your sisters and put my protective barrier back up around me.

Everywhere we have been as a family these last few weeks i swear i have seen you with us and even when i havnt i look at your sisters either side of me and feel so sad that you arent there to be fighting over over who holds my hand.

Hope you enjoyed your presents we all left at your garden yesterday and the balloon Elizabeth let go for you we had your party today and i bet you really loved it and elizabeth let you another balloon off tonight and mummy will let another balloon off at 11.43 tonight the exact time you were born you are such a spoilt little boy but the only thing that would make it better is if you were here in our arms not in our hearts.

Hello Precious David, here we are on the build up to your 2nd Birthday.  A time that is filled with so much emotion for Mummy and Daddy and your sisters and family.  I wish with all that I am that you were here in their arms, not just in their heart, but I hope it brings some comfort to know that you are also in my heart and mind so much.  I know your birthday will be a special day as Mummy and Daddy try so hard to make everything so perfect for you and Lilly always manages to make Mummy and Daddy smile with her helping.  I shall be lighting my candles for you and sending floaty kisses way up high and yes, I will shed some tears for you are not here.  I shall take care of Mummy as best I can over the coming days and weeks and let her know, she's not alone, she has me.  Thats what friends are for.  Play nicely over the rainbow with Alison, Rhiann and Iona and all your angel friends until we are all reunited.  What a magical time that will be.  Love and kisses and lots of both Aunty Sheryl xxxxx Close

Hope you are having a great time up in heaven today.  We have had a family meal to celebrate your first birthday.  Elizabeth helped Granddad to light a candle for you and we all sang happy birthday.  But it felt empty without you there little soldier.  I still miss you every day and want you with us.  I so wanted tem to be wrong a year ago, and still do.  You were taken from us and a part of my heart was taken as well. 

Be a good boy in heaven won't you, and never forget that we love you with all our hearts.  And some day we'll meet again when we get our angel wings like you, and you can teach us how to use them.
